Refund policy

We want every template you buy from The Paper Win to work for you. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, this policy explains when we can offer a refund and how to ask for one.

Our promise

If something you bought does not work or is not what the product page described, we will fix it or refund you. Please contact us first: most issues are solved within one business day.

When you are eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You never received your files and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of you contacting us.
  • The product is faulty: a file is corrupted, incomplete or missing.
  • The product is materially different from its description, for example a sequence listed with five emails contains fewer, or the file format differs from the one listed.
  • You were charged twice, or bought a single template and then a bundle that includes it within 7 days. In that case we refund the single template.

When we cannot offer a refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • You bought the wrong template and have already downloaded it. If you have not, write to us and we will usually swap it for another of the same or lower price.
  • You did not get the result you hoped for, such as a sale, a job offer or a grant. Templates help you write; outcomes depend on many things outside our control.
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded as one product. If only some templates in a bundle have a problem, we fix or replace those. If we cannot, we offer a partial refund based on the share of the bundle affected.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@thepaperwin.online from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order reference, the product name and a short description of the problem.
  3. We reply within 2 business days. If a refund is due, we approve it and confirm by email.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, your license for that product ends and you must delete your copies.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
