Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of thepaperwin.online (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital products from The Paper Win (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.

2. Our products

We sell digital writing templates: email systems, course kits, CV templates, grant kits, proposal kits, and bundles of these. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each template contains and its file format. Previews are illustrations of the documents, not the final files.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already paid. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud or a pricing error and refund it in full.

4. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we email your download links to the address used at checkout. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email hello@thepaperwin.online.

5. Your license

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under these Terms and our License. You may use templates for your own work and to create finished work for clients. You may not resell, share or republish the template files. Products remain our intellectual property.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No guaranteed results

Our templates help you write. We do not guarantee any sale, enrollment, interview, job offer, grant or contract. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting everything you send, and for following the rules of any funder, employer or platform you submit to. Templates are not legal, financial or professional advice.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, share download links publicly, scrape our content, or use our templates to create unlawful or deceptive content.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the laws of your own country give you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
